Abstract

Panusupan Tourist Village, one of the tourist villages, has been adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The essence of post-pandemic tourism development lies in the restoration of tourism activities and the improvement of inactive tourist attractions due to the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to formulate development strategies with a focus on the priority aspects of post-pandemic tourism development. The research employs a descriptive approach, utilizing AHP as the decision-making method. The research findings reveal that the post-pandemic tourism development strategy in Panusupan Village involves reevaluating potentials, identifying opportunities, threats, strengths, weaknesses, and determining priority development aspects. The priority aspect determined through AHP calculations shows that service facilities are the top priority with a priority value of 35%. Institutional aspects follow with 25%, accessibility with 24%, marketing with 11%, and business aspects with 5%.
