MANAJEMEN DESA WISATA DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN DESA WISATA LEMBAH KALIPANCUR SEMARANG

Abstract

Tourism Village Management plays a crucial role in enhancing village income. This study analyzes the management strategies applied to increase the Lembah Kalipancur Semarang village's income. The research aims to analyze the management strategies used to enhance the income of Lembah Kalipancur Tourism Village in Semarang. The research methods employed include interviews, observations, and literature reviews. The findings indicate that the effective implementation of tourism village management, through diverse tourism product development, intensive promotion, collaboration with relevant parties, and sustainable resource management, has a positive impact on increasing village income. These findings contribute to the development of policies and practices in village tourism management to support economic growth and sustainable development in Lembah Kalipancur Tourism Village and surrounding areas.
